| LESSON 1: THE LOST SHEEP AND HIS GOOD SHEPHERD (LUKE 15:1-7) – Jesus tells a story about a Shepherd and sheep. It tells us about how every one of God's children is important to Him, even if he or she is lost. |

| LESSON 2: THE LOST SON (LUKE 15:11-32) – Jesus tells us about a Father who has love toward a son who runs away. Our Father, God loves us even when we make bad decisions and distance ourselves from Him. He is always there for us with perfect love and forgiveness. |

| LESSON 7: THE GOOD SAMARITAN (LUKE 10:25-37) – Jesus tells a story about loving even our enemies and how we are to put aside prejudice and judement and love one another. |

| LESSON 8: JESUS WALKS ON WATER (MATTHEW 14:22-32) – Peter trusted the power of Jesus to enable him to walk on the water. We can follow Peter's example and know that whatever is God's will for our lives, He can give us the power to do it. |

| LESSON 9: THE STORY ABOUT THE RICH FOOL (LUKE 12:13-21) – The rich man focused on his riches in the world. We see that in the end, all that truly matters is our relationship with God through Jesus our Savior. |

| LESSON 10: THE WISE AND FOOLISH BUILDERS (MATTHEW 7:24-29) – Christians build on a firm foundation of the Rock, our God. Putting trust in anything else will ultimately ruin and disappoint us. Entrusting our lives to God will give us confidence, power and peace. |

| LESSON 11: JESUS IS THE GOOD SHEPHERD (JOHN 10:1-21) – Sheep generally have qualities of dependence and trust. God wants us to be His sheep. He promises to carefully lead and care for us. He was even willing to give His life up for us, His sheep. |

| LESSON 12: JESUS FEEDS THE 5,000 (MARK 6:30-44) – Jesus showed how he uses His power to care for his people. God has powers beyond that of man to care for us in all of our circumstances. |

| LESSON 13: JESUS HEALS A PARALYZED MAN (MARK 2:1-12) – A paralyzed man's friends went out of their way to bring their friend to Jesus because they knew He could help. |

 |
| LESSON 14: JESUS RAISES LAZARUS (JOHN 11:1-44) – Two women who were friends of Jesus had much grief and questions afer their brother had died. Jesus shares in their suffering and ours as well. He lets us ask Him questions and finally works things out according to his good plan. |

| LESSON 15: THE TEMPTATION OF JESUS (LUKE 4:1-13) –Even though Jesus was God, He also had his human. Jesus was tempted by the devil and used Scripture to refute temptation. We can follow Jesus' perfect example and resist the devil with God's power in our lives. |

| LESSON 16: PAUL'S THORN IN THE FLESH (II CORINTHIANS 12:7-10) – Paul, the author and disciple, writes honestly about his weakness and how God can use it for good according to His plan. |

| LESSON 17: THE GREAT BANQUET (LUKE 14:15-24) – God invites all of us to enjoy the blessings of His forgiveness, grace and eternal life. We are also offering these gifts to others as well. |

| LESSON 18: THE PHARISEE AND TAX COLLECTOR (LUKE 18:9-14) – Jesus teaches about prayer and humility and how we are to approach him with an honest heart relying on the grace of Jesus not on our own righteousness. |

| LESSON 19: JESUS WASHES THE DISCIPLE'S FEET (JOHN 13:1-17) – Jesus teaches about humility by performing the act of a servant. Our role on earth is to help others and serve God. Jesus knew God had ultimate control of His life and followed His Father's will. We are to do the same. |

| LESSON 20: JESUS APPEARS TO THOMAS (JOHN 20:24-31) – Jesus showed His love and patience for His disciples despite their fears and unbelief. He encouraces us to trust and believe in Him through even though we may never see Him physically. We cherish God's Word for through it, God shows us His laws, forgiveness, love and promises. |
