VOLUNTEER LAY MINISTRY

The WLIM Lay Ministry is comprised of hundreds of concerned WELS Christians, lay ministry volunteers, who conduct weekly Bible lessons for residents at nursing homes and care centers and mental health and drug & alcohol treatment facilities. Volunteers also perform valuable ministry at Grace Oasis, WLIM's outreach program to people recovering from drug & alcohol addiction and mental health issues.

Volunteers also conduct Bible lessons at a number of state correctional institutions and area county jails. Other concerned Christian volunteers perform services for the WLIM ministry such as mailings, data entry and other related activities.
